Wellbeing Tips ๐Ÿ˜๐ŸŒณ

Time
Make sure you take some time out for yourself everyday: if you are burnt out who will care for you and your loved one(s).

Being Present
I found doing things mindfully helpful, such as really focusing on small things like brushing my teeth. It was beneficial because it kept me in the present and stopped my mind whirring with a million things.

Mindfulness
In Suffolk (UK) I could self refer through the NHS wellbeing services for a mindfulness course.

Access to Work in the UK
Also, if someone has a disability, ‘Access to Work’ can provide coaching and equipment, I had them come to help me when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

If you are an unpaid carer and working in the UK, there is likely an Employee Assistance Programme. Use it for support.
